Mustafa was fined $10,000 after the company pleaded guilty to illegally using its 6-storey Kallang Pudding Warehouse for retail sales. Last November, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) served a writ of summons on Mustafa for illegally converting its first two levels of its warehouse into a department store and a supermarket.
