Friday, 12th March 2010

In his opening speech, Mr Neo with his wife beside him... "It's all my fault and it has nothing to do with anybody else." He was referring to his extramarital affair with a 22-year-old that had surfaced up a couple of days ago. With tears in his eye, he continued... "Today, I feel that I am very lucky because my wife forgives me." It was not a gathering that Mr Neo, his family and his inner circle would be proud off.

His wie then went on "I have only one thing to say. Because I love him, because I love this marriage. I love my family. I am already very hurt, please let me off!" she pleaded as she choked back tears before breaking down to openly cried. With emotions taking over Mr Neo., he closed the news conference as his weeping wife was helped out of her chair. The press conference was held at Scorpio East building.

As she was walking off the stage, she suddenly fainted. Then a rush of photographers and cameramen swamped to the stage and started taking her photos. Drama than started when Mr. Neo screamed at them to stop filming. Then one of his colleagues, Ah Nan (the guy that acted as the gangster chief in "Money No Enough II) rushed to the stage and also started pointing his finger then yelling "Go Away!" repeatedly at the photographers and cameramen. The Neo's entourage and supporters then cordoned them and helped them to exit the conference room. The action filled press conference took less than 5 minutes, from start to finish.

On a separate note, Mitsubishi Electric announced that they will no longer feature Mr. Neo in its advertising. Neo was often seenĀ as a spokeman for Mitsubishi Electric's StarMex air-conditioners TV Ads that aired during prime time. And for past two years, Neo was often seen in advertisements for the Mitsubishi Electric's appliance on taxis.

Like the besieged Tiger "-in-the-" Woods, more women have came forward with their stories... Actress cum Host, MissĀ  Xuan (age 25), claimed Mr Neo wooed her when she signed with with his production company in 2004. Another woman, a French national Miss Meurzec (age 21), has gone public about her rejecting his romantic overtures when she was a 16-year-old extra (calefare) in his 2005 film, I Do, I Do.
