Fuji Xerox Building

Fuji Xerox Building was previously known as IBM Building. The origins of Fuji Xerox Singapore dated back to 1965 when the company was still part of the Rank Xerox organisation, a joint venture between Rank and Xerox Organisation. Rank Xerox operated across more than 25 countries. The Singapore branch was first incorporated as Rank Xerox (Overseas) Pte Ltd and later renamed as Rank Xerox (Singapore) Pte Ltd in 1985. In 1991, Rank Xerox Singapore was sold to Fuji Xerox Company Ltd of Japan and was renamed Fuji Xerox Singapore. The Fuji Xerox leased about a quater of IBM Towers' total area. The building is a part 15-storey/part 38-storey freehold office building near the western fringe of Singapore's CBD belongs to City Developments. IBM was the former anchor tenant of CityDev's building at Anson Road but has moved in stages to Changi Business Park over the past couple of years.
