25 Grange Road is an interesting spot near Orchard Road. Two abandoned mansions at 25 Grange Road, sitting on a huge plot of land in the most prestigious district in Singapore, hidden from view by huge overgrown trees and plants. According to reliable sources this large piece of land along Grange Road was owned by Mutual Trading Ltd, a company which had long ceased to exist, 1919. The mansions was built before 1930s. But by 1970s they were abandoned. Lee Tat Development Pte Ltd is the owner of dominant tenements Lots 111-32 and 111-33. Lot 111-31 is only the servient tenement granted to the respective owners of Lots 111-32 and 111-33.
