UNSW Asia Changi Campus

UNSW Asia Changi Campus will be a new tropical campus is being built for UNSW Asia on a greenfield site at South Changi, adjacent to the Expo MRT Station, the new Singapore Convention Centre and a business technology park. UNSW Asia Changi Campus will be opening in 2009.

The design for the UNSW Asia campus at Changi has been celebrated internationally as a unique response to the landscape with the potential to rank among the best campuses in the world with a garden campus for a garden city. Kerry Hill Architects, a Singapore based firm, won an international design competition to design the master plan and the library for the University. With this unique and inspired plan, UNSW Asia will be an iconic campus – one designed for the 21st century, for Singapore and the region.

Stage One of the construction of UNSW Asia Changi Campus, which is expected to be completed in late 2008, includes the library, science / engineering building, academic / administrative building, teaching suites, research laboratories and sports facilities.

While construction is underway, UNSW Asia is operating from its Tanglin Campus.
