Underwater World Singapore is one of Asia's most popular oceanariums. It has more than 2,500 marine animals from 250 species. More than 18 million visitors have been won over by our exhibits since its opening in 1991.

Located outside the main entrance, the Turtle Pool provides a safe haven for a number of highly-endangered species, including the Hawksbill Turtle, Loggerhead Turtle, Green Turtle and Pacific Olive Ridley Turtle.

At the Entrance Hall of Underwater World Singapore is the majestic 6 metre Vertical Tube. This extends 2 floors into the basement. The magnifying effect of the narrow tube allows visitors to see the distinct features of the fishes as they swim past languidly.
