3 Men, between the ages of 46 and 64, were caught cheating in Resorts World Sentosa's casino. One of them had placed a bet at the roulette table after the result was known. But he left the table without collecting his bet and winnings when he realised his act had been spotted.


First Woman Charge With Incest

A 22-year-old women charged with an alleged to have committed incest willingly her bedroom in a Serangoon flat. The offence committed in April 2008 with her 46-year-old father. This is the first case of its kind in Singapore. She have willing allowing her father to have sex with her. If convicted, she faces a jail term of up to five years.


Woman Dead In Swimming Pool At Sentosa Cove

The naked Mainland Chinese woman, Ms. Li Hong Yan, in her mid-twenties was found dead in a private swimming pool in an expensive house along Ocean Drive at Sentosa Cove at around 8am. The house is owned by Mr. Adrian Chua Boon Chye. Police has classified the incident as unnatural death and investigating this case. Sentosa Cove is an expensive waterfront residential enclave in the East of Sentosa Island. The master developer of Sentosa Cove is Sentosa Cove Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sentosa Development Corporation. Sentosa Cove development comprises of bungalow and condominium residential plots with units configured to either face the artificially-created sheltered waterways, or the open sea.


Caught Stealing Chips From Casino

Ooi Boon Huat, an Unemployed 56 year-old man, caught stealing by Sentosa Resort World Casino security at about 12.10pm.  He had stolen 10 pieces of 500 cash chips amounting to $5,000. Mr. Ooi is the second person that is investigated by the Casino Crime Investigation Branch of Criminal Investigation Department to be brought to court.


Company Director Jailed for sex with minor

A director of a Singapore Company (Far Eastern Services Pte Ltd) was jailed one and half year for having sex 14 year old female student.  Sheik Esmail Raja Abdeen, 28 years old, was also fined $2,000 for having four indecent video clips on his cell phone. Mr Abdeen pick up the girl in his car at the Kembangan MRT station at 4pm on 23 October 2008.


Famous Movie Director had sex with 20-year-old

Locally aclaimed movie director and Cultural Medallion recipient, Jack Neo, admitted that he had sex with a 20-year-old starlet (Miss Chong) inside his Toyota Alphard with curtains and very comfortable swivel car seats. This act in 2008 kicked started the 2-year-old affair with starlet which had a minor role in his movie "Money No Enough 2" where she acted as a Nurse.  Mr. Neo has been married for 27 years and has four children with his 46-year-old wife. The affair was exposed when the mistress showed up at his 3-storey semi-detached home in Pasir Ris.


Duo Jailed For Fake Ten Thousand Dollars Notes

Two Indonesian men were each jailed for nine years on for using and possessing fake SGD $10,000 currency notes. Akhmad Zamroni, age 41, a free-lance consultant, and Jerry Ribelard Bollu Eoh, age 53, unemployed, pleaded guilty to using as genuine a counterfeit $10,000 at the Mustafa Centre in exchange for smaller denomination on 27 October 2009. They also admitted to having 60 pieces of fake $10,000 currency notes, intending to use them as genuine, the same day. The court heard that both men conspired with others in Indonesia to exchange fake $10,000 notes in Singapore for other currency, and share the proceeds.


Nokia Singapore GM fined for taking bribes

Nokia Singapore's first woman General Manager (GM), Ms. Kitty Fong Kit Sum, was convicted on Tuesday of four charges of corruption and fined a total of $60,000. The 47-year-old unemployed woman was also ordered to pay a penalty of $8,864.48, the amount she took in one of the charges. She was found guilty of corruptly accepting bribes in the form of help from chief executive of Victor Tan of Accord Customer Care Solutions to acquire three company's shares in 2003 and 2004 in return for helping ACCS further its business interest with Nokia.


Caught selling illegal medicine in red-light district

4 men was caught hawking the illegal sexual enhancement drug Power 1 Walnut pills (also known as Walnut Sex Wonder Pill), which made news early 2007 when the banned drug caused severe reactions in many men, who had to be hospitalised. Their products containing sildenafil - used for treating male erectile dysfunction. Police Officers raided their provision shop at Flanders Square off Petain Road and found assorted medicines displayed on the racks. 18 persons were found either unconscious at home or with severe and life-threatening symptoms of very low blood sugar after taking Power 1 Walnut. There were 47 suspected cases of adverse drug reactions to the same drug.


One-Eyed Dragon Admitted Shoting Nightclub Owner

Tan Chor Lin, nicknamed “One-Eyed Dragon” shot nightclub owner Lim Hock Soon five times in Serangoon. He was sentenced to death.
