JetQuay Wooing High Rollers
Monday, 19th April 2010
JetQuay, a luxury terminal operator at Changi Airport, is stepping up its efforts to woo high-rollers visiting the both the Sentosa and Marina Bay integrated resorts. JetQuay have also teamed up with two more international airlines, Air France and Garuda Indonesia, to serve their First and Business Class passengers.
JetQuay serves only 70 passengers a day, which is short of the 100 to 150 passengers it needs daily to break even. JestQuay has lost $6 million since it opened in September 2006, and according to insiders it was mostly due to the lack of marketing efforts and a low level of awareness among airport users.
