450 Singaporean Evacuated from Cambodia

The Republic of Singapore Air Force was involved in an unusual exercise of evacuating Singaporeans and Cambodians from different sides of the conflict. The RSAF flew 450 Singaporeans from Phnom Penh to the Paya Lebar Airbase. Among the Cambodians was ousted First Prime Minister Prince Ranariddth's son. Quite a number witnessed looting and had to endure several blockades before reaching safety.
