Sports School Down With Mass Food Poisoning

One Hundred and Six Students at the Singapore Sports School were down with diarrhoea or stomach pain after eating at the school's canteen. Those affected experienced the illness between have since recovered. The canteen operator, ISS Catering Services Pte Ltd, at the Singapore Sports School is under investigation by The Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Environment Agency (NEA).
ISS Catering Services has been suspended from operating the Singapore Sports School canteen while investigations are ongoing for the food poisoning incident. ISS will have its licence reviewed if found responsible for the case. ISS was also involved in two other food poisoning cases in January last which affected 94 students and March last year which incident affected 77. Both incident happened at the same Sports School.
